Do you have a size guide?

Yes we do. Please refer to the sizing guide available after the product description. The link will direct you to our sizing chart.

As we specialise in bandage dresses, we advise that you order your normal size. The consisting material has great stretch.

For the maxi dresses, we advise that you order a dress down your normal size as the material is very stretchy.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to despatch in 4-5 days and delivery is 1 - 2 days for UK orders.

For international orders, despatch is 4-5 days and delivery depends on where you reside.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All our shipping to the UK customers are free. Incase you would like to return an item simply visit our Returns Policy page on the main menu and fill the form in.

Where is my order?

Tracking your order could never be easier. Once your order is shipped, we shall provide you with a tracking number which you can use to see where your order is.

Tracking could take a while to appear on the carriers websites so please be patient with this. This is especially common for international shipments. Some international packages are sent via standard shipping and hence mey only be confirmed on delivery.

How can I return my order?

Please refer to our returns policy on the main menu to begin a refund of your order purchased. Please note it is important to follow the guidelines for a return order otherwise you risk not receiving your refund if not followed.

Why can't I find an item that was advertised?

If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with any queries you may have.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept debit/ credit cards, apple pay and paypal as the means of payment.

How can I use a promotional code?

Please add your code at the checkout where you will see the promotional code box. Click Apply once you have added it and if it is still valid, your discount will be applied.

When will I be charged?

When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If there is an issue with your card payment, either your card issuer or customer services will contact you.

How can I find out more information about a product?

If you cannot find the information you are looking for about a product on the product description, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why am I being asked for another password after entering my details?

This is the 3D secure payment option that some banks use. 3D secure is an added layer of security which is used during credit or debit card purchases online. Please contact your bank if you have forgotten your details.
